Violet M. Poliseo Obituary (1921

Poliseo, Violet M. Age 96 of Elmira, NY passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017. Violet was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey on April 29, 1921, a daughter of the late Walter & Sophie (Wojnarowski) Pengelski. She is survived by son & daughter-in-law, William (Christina King) Poliseo of Littleton, Colorado; and their children, Gregory Poliseo of Seattle, Washington, Emily Poliseo of Denver, Colorado; and sister, Eleanor MacNicoll of New London, New Hampshire . Violet was predeceased by her loving husband, Joseph Poliseo in December 2012 ; loving daughter, Jane Poliseo in June 2017 and sister, Jennie Cogger . Violet attended the Washington School for Secretaries in New York City. She was an active member of the United Baptist Church, and previously the First Baptist Church of Elmira. Violet retired from the Arnot Ogden Auxiliary. FUNERAL SERVICES & INTERMENT WILL TAKE PLACE IN WOODLAWN CEMETERY ELMIRA, AT THE CONVENIENCE OF HER FAMILY.
