BARTLETT, BLANCHE M. Age 96 of Horseheads, New York died on Sunday, May 28, 2017. Blanche was born in Ellsworth, Kansas on August 3, 1920 to the late Frank & Lillian (Zeman) Prochaska. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Gail Bartlett & Gentry Wooldridge of Horseheads, NY, Lisa & Scotty Mathis of Brevard, North Carolina; sons and daughter-in-law, Henry Scott Bartlett of Jasper, Georgia, Bruce & Chris Bartlett of Syracuse, New York; sisters, Dorothy Smith of Pasco, Washington, Jolene (Adolf) Schultz of Kanoplis Kansas; brother, Roger (Jan) Prochaska of Ellsworth, Kansas; four grandchildren, Michael, Kathryn, Hannah and Cici. Blanche was predeceased by her loving husband, Dr. George Bartlett and sister, Eileen Cox. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Elmira. INTERMENT OF BLANCHE'S ASHES WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE CHAPEL OF BLESSED MICHAEL THE ARCH ANGEL IN GRACE EPISCOPAL CHURCH AT THE CONVENIENCE OF HER FAMILY.
